In order to protect our clients and our employees from the risk and spread of COVID - 19 virus our facility has implemented the following service measures:

  • Mandatory use of face masks by staff and all guests
  • Steering wheels, handles, knobs and gear shift are disinfected and wiped down with a hospital grade solvent which is also safe on leather before vehicles are brought into garage and once work is performed before customer pick up
  • Floor distancing decals are in place as well as plexiglass shields
  • Lounge is now open with limited spaced seating
  • Contactless drop off and pick up option available should you choose

Vehicle Drop Off

There are two options available for you to choose to drop off your vehicle.

  1. We are now accepting customers into our service department. Should you choose to enter our dealership please pull your vehicle into the service drive thru. Exit your vehicle and enter the service department through the sliding doors. You can speak directly with a service team member.
  2. Should you choose a contactless drop off upon arrival please pull your vehicle into the service drive thru. Exit your vehicle and proceed to the table on the righthand side of the drive thru. Fill out the service drop off envelope and credit card authorization form. 
  • Place your keys in the envelope and leave the envelope on the passenger seat of your vehicle. An attendant will retrieve the envelope disinfect your vehicle before taking it into the garage.
  • We will call you to confirm all service requests have been received.
  • We will call you again should any additional items be noted by our technicians. No work will be performed without your prior authorization.

Vehicle Status Update

You can now text our service department so be sure to leave us your cellular number when dropping off your vehicle for service.

Vehicle Pickup

  1. Once your vehicle is ready your Service Advisor will collect any payment required and will provide you with a 4-digit code and a safe number so you can retrieve your key from our Secure Key Centre located in our drive-thru during operating hours. The secure key pickup area will not be accessible after the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday & Saturday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. If you are unable to pick your vehicle up during those hours please advise us so alternate arrangements can be discussed.
  2. All contact areas (door handle, steering wheel, gear shift) of your vehicle interior will be wiped down and sterilized as best possible before and after the vehicle is serviced.
