Mazda Warranty Overview

Your warranty coverage on your new or Used Mazda Vehicle can vary between Mazda models and model years. You should always refer to your warranty information booklet for your exact warranty coverage, or contact our offices or Service Centre for more information. For the 2015 model year and newer, any component of a Mazda Vehicle is covered for 36 months and unlimited mileage from the date of retail delivery or first use. For 2000-2014 model years, inclusive parts of a Mazda vehicle are covered for 36 months or 80,000 km from the earlier date of either retail delivery or first use.

Mazda Unlimited Mileage Warranty

Standard on all New Mazda models is the Mazda Canada Unlimited Mileage Warranty, the only warranty program of its kind in Canada. Mazda Unlimited features unlimited mileage for our 3-year new vehicle, 3-year roadside assistance, 5-year Powertrain, and 7-year anti-perforation warranties, allowing you to focus on every exciting moment spent behind the wheel of your dream Mazda instead of the odometer.

Limited Warranty

The basic warranty for Mazda vehicles covers all parts found to be factory defective for 36 months or 80,000 km. Additional warranties cover Powertrain components for 5-years or 100,000km, body sheet metal perforation for 8-years (unlimited mileage), and specific emission control components for up to 8-years or 128,000 km. The liability of Mazda Canada under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of parts defective in Mazda supplied material or craft by a Mazda dealer.

Mazda Added Protection

Maple Mazda is proud to offer some of the most exciting new Mazda vehicles on the road today. And we want to help you prolong that uniquely exhilarating experience even after the vehicle's manufacturer's warranty has expired. That is why we offer Mazda Added Protection plans to shield you against unforeseen repair bills. Mazda Added Protection works in combination with your specified new vehicle warranty for up to 7-years or 200,000 km. With this added protection, you are covered for services above and beyond your existing warranty.
