Your Phone Can Become Part Of The Ownership Experience

Mazda Connected Services and the MyMazda app help compatible Mazda owners stay connected with vehicle status, service reminders, recall information, owner manuals, remote features, and preferred dealer tools.

New Mazda vehicles include a complimentary Mazda Connected Services trial. Mazda Canada lists 2021.5 to 2025 vehicles with a 24-month trial, and 2026 and newer vehicles with a 12-month trial from the in-service date. Basic features may continue after the trial, while selected remote convenience features may require a paid plan.

Remote Convenience

Remote engine start or stop, remote door lock or unlock, vehicle finder, and status checks are available on compatible enrolled vehicles.

Enrollment is required for Connected Services. Manual transmission vehicles can have connected features, but remote engine start or stop is not available with manual transmission.
